Tracy Lee Thomas is the founder of Form A Strategy and a veteran of the United States Navy, where he served with honor during Desert Shield and Desert Storm. His leadership philosophy began early—first through building his own business as a teenager, and later through military service and decades of hands-on work building companies across multiple industries.
After completing his military service, Tracy launched a small chain of businesses and quickly expanded into new markets. In just a few years, he built a portfolio spanning service companies, consumer brands, professional operations, and multiple marketing ventures. His understanding of business performance, operational systems, and customer behavior led him to develop several successful organizations, including RevMarketing, Go2Karate, RevPublish, Local Trust Navigator, and the TracyLThomas brand.
Form A Strategy represents the culmination of more than 30 years of real-world leadership—combining military discipline, entrepreneurial grit, and structured execution into a single mission: helping business owners build companies that are organized, predictable, and built to last.
Tracy continues to advise leaders across the country, designing roadmaps, strengthening operations, and installing clarity where businesses need it most. His approach is simple and proven—strategy, structure, execution, and accountability.

Tracy Lee Thomas began his entrepreneurial journey at a young age, opening his first martial arts school before graduating high school. He continued operating a school while serving in the United States Navy during Desert Shield and Desert Storm—balancing leadership, discipline, and responsibility both in uniform and in business.
Over the years, Tracy expanded from a single location into multi-school operations, developing systems for instruction, staff development, retention, and leadership training. His firsthand experience as a school owner shaped his approach to business—focused on structure, consistency, and execution rather than theory.
Today, Tracy works with martial arts school owners and instructors across the country, helping them build stronger teams, clearer systems, and leadership cultures that last.
